Every participant in the supply chain — from artisanal miners and cooperatives to refiners, transporters, and exporters — must be registered in the MineralCare platform and must obtain a Digital Compliance Passport.

This passport serves as proof that:

1. ✅ The actor has passed due diligence screening.
2. ✅ Their role, activities, and transactions are transparent and compliant.
3. ✅ Their operations are monitored in real-time and verified by third-party audits where required.

Without a valid Digital Compliance Passport, an actor cannot legally participate in the certified mineral trade under the MineralCare system.
